This design and build project in Dublin’s inner city delivers a modern, four-storey, 2,000m² office block with a double basement car park accommodating 69 vehicles. Designed to meet diverse client needs, the building offers a blend of open-plan and cellular office layouts, tailored for flexibility and functionality. Each floor was fitted out for individual tenants, featuring bespoke partitions, tea stations, communication rooms, and air conditioning. Meeting and conference rooms were equipped with full video conferencing facilities, ensuring seamless connectivity. The design incorporates raised access floors throughout, enabling efficient wiring and cabling to support modern business operations. The development also boasts a double-height feature entrance, creating an impressive first impression for visitors and clients alike. Latin Hall represents a sophisticated office solution in the heart of Dublin’s vibrant cityscape.
