KCI International, a global leader in medical technology, undertook this project to enhance its facilities while ensuring uninterrupted operations. The development included the construction of ISO Class 8 cleanrooms, research laboratories, and warehousing, alongside upgrades to office spaces. The cleanrooms were designed to operate independently, enabling varying control options to support multiple processes simultaneously in adjoining rooms. The office upgrades featured a modernised reception area, enhanced access control, CCTV installation, and expanded canteen and office spaces to accommodate KCI’s growing workforce. All work was executed within a live environment, with minimal disruption tolerated, ensuring seamless continuity of plant operations throughout the project.
