In July 1981, Padraic became the second-generation leader of JJ Rhatigan & Company. Since then, he has led the group to success with a move into the development field in the 1990s, and continued expansion into new sectors and new regions with offices throughout Ireland and the UK.
Having qualified as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Paul spent 3 years in Dublin working with CBRE’s development team. Paul joined the Rhatigan Group in 2007, he has been responsible for overseeing all stages of development processes from site identification through to completion and asset management since.
Gerry Kelly B.Comm, FCA. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young and I moved to Woodchester Capital. I subsequently joined the Rhatigan Group as head of the finance function and over the past 30 years in this role I have built up substantial experience in construction, property development, property investment and financing.
John Rhatigan is an accomplished Development Officer with extensive experience in the construction and property development sectors. Qualified as a Quantity Surveyor before completing a Post Graduate in Project Management from Trinity College. Joined the Rhatigan Group Development Officer in 2020 having previously garnered experience with JJ Rhatigan as a Quantity Surveyor. He has contributed to projects including the Radisson Red Hotel, Crown Square in Galway, Charlemont Square, Saint Kevin’s in Dublin, and One Le Pole Square, Ship Street in Dublin.
Damien Kilgannon is an experienced real estate professional with over 22 years of expertise in commercial property strategy, marketing, tenant acquisition, infrastructure and capital investment. A Chartered Surveyor and Project Manager, he is the founder of Great Connell, a boutique specialist real estate advisory providing strategic counsel to developers, investors, funders, owners, and occupiers across both public and private sectors. Leveraging a process and data-driven approach, Damien offers deep market insight, strategic clarity, and a proven ability to deliver results across complex and diverse real estate portfolios. Damien has led the execution and successful delivery of over €3Bn of capital and infrastructure projects.
Damien currently serves as an independent consultant to Rhatigan Group, supporting the senior leadership team in the formulation and execution of real estate strategies, systems and processes across acquisition, development, leasing, management, and disposal. His work is centred on supporting and enabling the delivery of high-quality, client centric, sustainable, and innovative real estate solutions, with a strong Rhatigan Group emphasis on occupier experience, retention, long-term value, and the creation of vibrant urban communities.
Prior to founding Great Connell, Damien held senior leadership roles in organisations such as IDA Ireland, the Higher Education Authority, professional consultancy and private equity real estate where he led significant property investment, development, and portfolio management initiatives. Damien is passionate about the role of real estate in shaping successful, resilient urban environments.
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Deloitte Dublin’s Corporate Finance department, Niall went on to work in a London based Real Estate Debt Fund. From there, he joined CBRE UK as an Associate Director in the Debt and Structured Finance department before joining the Rhatigan Group in 2023.
After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at NUI Galway, Michaela went on to complete the CIMA CGMA qualification, further strengthening her expertise in financial management and strategic accounting.
Michaela spent six years with JJ Rhatigan and Co., where she gained extensive experience within the construction sector. In June 2025, she transitioned to Rhatigan Group, taking on the role of Financial Accountant within the property division.
With combined experience across construction and property development, Michaela brings a strong commercial understanding, attention to detail, and a strategic approach to financial reporting and business performance.
Grace Gallery is a Management Accountant at the Rhatigan Group, supporting financial management and working closely with the CFO.
She holds a Professional Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Dublin Business School. Grace began her career at a global provider of integrated payment technology and payment solutions, gaining experience in high-level operations and data management, before joining JJ Rhatigan & Company in 2019 in Accounts Payable. In 2020, she moved to Rhatigan Group, where she gained experience in financial management alongside property development, construction, and property investments.
Cristina Torres is an experienced property management professional with over nine years of experience in the real estate industry.
At the Rhatigan Group, she manages residential and
commercial properties with a strong focus on tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.
Cristina holds a Higher Certificate in Business in Real Estate, Valuation, Sales and Management from Technological University Dublin, graduating with distinction. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality property services.
Gina Callinan is an Executive Assistant specialising in property development, currently working with the executive team at The Rhatigan Group.
She began her career in the property sector at Cushman & Wakefield, where she gained valuable experience in property & facilities management. After this, Gina transitioned into her current role, where she has been supporting high-level operations within the property development industry.
A graduate of Atlantic Technological University (ATU), Gina has built a well-rounded career within the property industry. With a strong foundation in administrative leadership and a deep understanding of the property development sector. Throughout her career, she has supported both landlords and tenants, which further enhances her experience of property transactions and client relations.
